Model JDLF65 x 4-1000 is the first general new products in our country. The equipment consists of electric, pneumatic, electron, machinery systems. The main parts are four sets of extruding units, three sets of dies (one is double layer commonly extruding die), three sets of forming systems with synchronization drawing, two sets of automatic letoff systems, one sets of wrap-up system. The full automatic mechanical arm is built for letoff and wrap-up systems. The extruding quantities of each unit are controlled by frequency motor, the forming system adopts the synchronous group control.
